This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing business at a key stage of growth, with clear progression and excellent earning potential.This role would suit someone who is driven, resilient and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous, but personality, attitude and ambition are equally important.The Role:Sourcing candidates through advertising, social media, job boards, networking and referralsManaging incoming applications, conducting discovery calls and interviews, and recording candidate information accuratelyMaintaining and updating the candidate database for future searches and opportunitiesPromoting vacancies to suitable candidates and briefing them fully on the role, company and interview processCoordinating interviews, managing feedback and maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment processSupporting the end-to-end recruitment process alongside senior consultantsCreating candidate and client marketing content in line with brand guidelinesUsing social media to promote vacancies, build networks and increase brand awarenessAbout You:Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsMotivated, driven and eager to succeedResilient with a positive attitudeOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPrevious sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essentialThis is a genuine opportunity to build a successful career within a growing recruitment business.
