Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Accounts Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants inStoke-on-Trent.\n
\nPerfectly suited for an ACA/ ACCA qualified individual (PQ or MAAT also considered) working in practice looking for structured career progression, flexibility, and a supportive team environment.\n
\nManaging all aspects of your own diverse portfolio of clients from a range of industry sectors involving the provision of accounts, tax, and business/ client advisory work.\n
\nExcellent remuneration & benefits package, hybrid & flexible working arrangement, TOIL, generous holiday entitlement, and a personal progression plan (to Senior Manager/ Director). Part-time also considered.\n
The Role:\n
\nManaging all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contactPreparation and review of year-end statutory accountsManagement accounts preparationPreparation/ review of tax complianceIdentifying tax planning opportunitiesDealing with HMRC and other third partiesTraining junior staff and reviewing their workAssisting with other ad hoc advisory assignmentsBusiness development\n
