Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of construction projects across two sites in Ealing and Bramley, London.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who can confidently oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

\n

This is a 6-month contract, with the successful candidate working across both London sites as required.

\n

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site activities throughout the project, ensuring programmes are met while maintaining strict health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Leading and supervising on-site teams, including subcontractors and labour personnel
  • \n
  • Ensuring works are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards
  • \n
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
  • \n
  • Coordinating timelines across multiple trades and activities
  • \n
  • Monitoring site safety procedures and conducting regular inspections
  • \n
  • Enforcing compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • \n
  • Managing day-to-day site operations, including labour, materials, and equipment
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • \n
  • Providing regular progress updates and resolving site issues promptly
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate site records, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress documentation
  • \n
About You\n

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven Site Management experience within construction or infrastructure projects
  • \n
  • A strong background supervising subcontractors and site teams
  • \n
  • Demonstrable experience promoting and enforcing health & safety standards
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • \n
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • \n
