Working alongside the Director of Education and senior leadership team, you'll drive business performance, financial sustainability, operational improvement and strategic growth across multiple education services.Key Responsibilities\n

• Drive operational improvement across multiple sites.

• Support growth, occupancy and service development.
\n
• Lead strategic projects and organisational change.
\n
• Develop executive reports and business intelligence.
\n
• Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams.

About You You'll have:\n

• Senior business management experience within education or another regulated multi-site environment.
\n
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
\n
• Experience managing budgets and analysing performance.
\n
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n
• The ability to influence at executive level and drive organisational improvement.
