This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working on a diverse portfolio of developments while providing expert cost management and commercial advice from inception through to completion.You'll be part of an established business that combines the resources and opportunities of a larger consultancy with the supportive culture of a close-knit professional team.The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors, managing costs, contracts and commercial performance while building strong client relationships.Key responsibilities include:\n

- Providing pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services \n
- Producing cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies \n
- Managing procurement and tender processes \n
- Preparing tender documentation and contract particulars \n
- Contract administration and change control management \n
- Undertaking valuations, cost reporting and final account negotiations \n
- Monitoring project budgets and financial performance \n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders \n
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members \n
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships \n

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline \n
- Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards chartership \n
- Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience \n
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts \n
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills \n
- Confident client-facing and stakeholder management abilities \n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively \n
- Experience within the retail sector would be desirable \n
- A full UK driving licence \n
