Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

\n
• Work on various residential and retail projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
\n
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
\n
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

\n
• Degree within Architectural Technology
\n
• Relevant post qualification as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience working on large scale residential and retail projects
\n
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
\n
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
\n
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
\n
