\n Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a progressive, client-focused law firm? Seeking a skilled legal professional to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance and client care.

Key Responsibilities:
\n Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

\n
• Re-mortgages
\n
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Matrimonial transfers of equity
\n
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle
\n
• Perform due diligence and source of funds investigations in line with AML regulations and firm policies
\n
• Check and report on title to clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks
\n
• Raise and respond to enquiries on purchase files
\n
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements and CQS protocols
\n
• Oversee post-completion processes, including registration and documentation
\n
• Supervise junior team members and support their development
\n
• Ensure accurate billing and completion statements are prepared and processed
\n

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with exposure to both leasehold and freehold transactions
\n
• Strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and best practices
\n
• Excellent client care skills with a proactive and professional approach
\n
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Organised, efficient and able to work independently or as part of a team
\n
