\nWe’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations Team and build strong relationships with venues and promoters in the UK.

\nAbout the role
\nYou’ll be joining a team that’s responsible for developing partner relationships. Your expertise in the UK’s music industry and knowledge of the live entertainment business mean you know what makes promoters, festivals and venues tick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an emerging market and establish strong working relationships with our major partners, focusing on operational excellence, engagement and growth.
\nYou are collaborative and execution-oriented with a strong marketing sense, and you look for new and expanded ways to help your partners reach fans and drive growth.

Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention.

Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to drive operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events.
\n - \n
Maximising Partner success by tracking sales performance across systems, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies.
\n - \n
Keeping your finger on the pulse of DICE product developments and industry trends that will evolve Partner event strategy.
\n - \n
Acting as the glue connecting the region to central DICE teams, confidently managing Partner expectations and ensuring Partner needs are documented.
\n - Responsible for partner retention through contract renewal on better commercial terms. \n

Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing.

An understanding of marketing, social media and analytics.

Excellent knowledge of how festivals, venues and promoters work.
\n - \n
Ticketing experience is a big plus.
\n - Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus - French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish \n

\nThis role is based in London, UK.
\nWe recognise the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our UK team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days from anywhere. You can chat about your specific team’s days and expectations during the interview process.
