Forklift Driver £16.48 per hour Rotating Shifts | Monday to Friday Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm We are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation within a clean, modern manufacturing environment. The Role As a Forklift Driver, you'll play an important role in supporting production and warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. Key responsibilities include: Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving stock, raw materials, and finished goods around the site Supplying production lines with materials as required Storing stock accurately within warehouse locations Completing routine equipment checks Following health and safety procedures at all times Supporting warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. About You We're looking for individuals who are: Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons Hold a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence Experienced operating forklift trucks within a warehouse or manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Able to work effectively as part of a team Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards Please note: Due to the location of the site and shift start/finish times, own transport is essential.
