\n Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Bath, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent, full-time basis.\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an automotive or parts environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced role and providing excellent customer service.\n

\n Your duties will include:\n

- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records of parts and supplies. \n
- Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles. \n
- Processing parts orders, deliveries and returns. \n
- Liaising with suppliers to source and order parts as required. \n
- Coordinating with technicians and workshop colleagues to ensure parts are available when needed. \n
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of parts warranties. \n
- Updating internal systems and ensuring all parts-related administration is completed accurately. \n
- Providing a professional and helpful service to customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone. \n
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Parts Department. \n

- \n
- Previous experience within a Parts Department or automotive environment is preferred. \n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. \n
- A professional and friendly telephone manner. \n
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems. \n
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. \n
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment. \n
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach. \n

- Basic salary: £29,304.60 per annum \n
- OTE: £31,000 per annum \n
- Monday to Friday, full-time hours. \n
