PM Shifts | Full-Time | 5 On / 3 Off | Ongoing Work

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join a leading distribution centre based in Tilbury. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for long-term, reliable work with a structured shift pattern and competitive rates of pay.

• RDC to RDC trunking deliveries
\n
• No handball or manual unloading
\n
• Modern, well-maintained fleet
\n
• Ongoing, full-time work
\n
• Average shifts of 10–12 hours
\n
• Supportive transport team and efficient operations
\n
• Adhering to all Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
\n
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
\n
• Delivering a professional service while representing the client
\n

\n
• 5 On / 3 Off rolling rota
\n
• PM shifts only
\n
• Start times between 17:00 and 19:00
\n
• Flexible 3-hour start window
\n
• Regular, consistent shifts every week
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday Days: £17.75per hour
\n
• Monday to Friday nights £19.93ph
\n
• Saturday: £20.13 per hour
\n
• Sunday: £21.13 per hour
\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

\n
• A valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence
\n
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
\n
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• No more than 6 penalty points
\n
• No DD or DR convictions
\n
• A good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
\n
• The ability to complete vehicle checks accurately and safely
\n
• A reliable, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
\n
• Previous Class 1 driving experience is preferred
\n
