Pay: 35k 40k p/annum

SourceCo Recruitment is currently working with a deep rooted precision engineering business who are looking to add an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to their in-house toolroom.

This is a hands on role within a modern, well equipped environment, supporting the manufacture, modification, and maintenance of high precision injection mould tools.

The Role

Youll be involved in the full lifecycle of injection mould tools, including new manufacture, repair, modification, and preparation for production. Day to day duties will include:

• Manual milling and turning
\n
• Surface and cylindrical grinding
\n
• Manual and CNC spark erosion
\n
• CNC wire erosion
\n
• Manufacture, fitting, modification, and repair of injection mould tools
\n
• Use of hand tools for fitting and finishing
\n
• Wiring and fault-finding of hot runner systems
\n
• Working to tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety
\n

What Were Looking For:

\n
• Proven experience as an Injection Mould Toolmaker
\n
• Strong background in high precision machining, milling, grinding, and fitting
\n
• Experience assembling, fitting, repairing, and modifying complex mould tools
\n
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
\n
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
\n

Hours & Package:

\n
• Monday to Friday 41.5 hours per week
\n
• Overtime available
\n
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
\n
