Based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, we're a growing Sales and Marketing company representing some of the UK's most recognisable non-profit organisations. As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn to join our team.

Who We're Looking For

\n
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• No previous experience required, although a background in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles may provide transferable skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
\n
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for delivering positive customer experiences.
\n
• Eligible to work in the UK with Full-Time Equivalent Availability(4–5 full working days per week, Monday–Saturday).
\n

What You'll Be Doing:

\n
• Engaging with customers face-to-face through residential campaigns across the Stoke-on-Trent area, helping to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
\n
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver a great customer experience.
\n
• Share information about services and guide customers through the sign-up process.
\n
• Gather customer feedback to help support future campaigns.
\n

No previous experience is required. From your first day, you'll have access to client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions to help you build confidence and broaden your communication and customer engagement skills. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable) alongside commission and performance incentives.
