This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, communicates well with clients, and can work independently across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out reinstatement works following fire, flood, and impact damageFirst and second fix carpentry, plasterboarding, studwork, flooring, doors, skirting, and general building tasksKitchen and bathroom reinstatement (advantageous)Liaise professionally with homeowners, loss adjusters, and project managersMaintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all H&S requirementsComplete works to Cantilys high standards with accuracy and attention to detailRequirementsFull UK driving licenceCSCS cardStrong experience in domestic reinstatement or general buildingAbility to work independently and problem-solve on siteGood communication and customer-facing skillsEligibility to work in the UKUseful (but not essential)Own vanOwn toolsExperience working with insurers or loss adjustersMulti-trade skills (tiling, plastering, decorating, basic plumbing)What We OfferCompetitive rates based on experienceConsistent workload across London and surrounding countiesSupportive project management and clear job briefsOpportunity to work within a respected, growing construction companyIf youre a reliable, skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality reinstatement work, wed like to hear from you.To apply: Please send your CV, trade experience, and availabilityTPBN1_UKTJ
