Job description:Location: Ideally Midlands, Yorkshire or surrounding areas Salary: £70,000 £80,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Benefits: Car Allowance, Fuel Card & Genuine Career ProgressionFull Job DescriptionDue to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple scaffolding contracts across the region.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious operations professional with a strong background in the scaffolding industry who is looking to take ownership of a growing division and progress into a senior leadership or Director-level position.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably while maintaining exceptional relationships with clients, contractors and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple scaffolding projects across the region.Manage Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Yard Teams and Scaffolding Operatives.Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Lead all Health & Safety compliance across the business.Carry out regular site visits and operational audits.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, principal contractors and stakeholders.Plan labour requirements and manage staffing levels across live projects.Monitor project performance, profitability and programme delivery.Ensure all works comply with TG20, SG4 and current industry legislation.Drive continuous improvements across operations, productivity and customer satisfaction.Attend client meetings, contract reviews and business development meetings where required.Support the strategic growth of the business alongside senior leadership.Essential RequirementsSignificant experience within the scaffolding industry .Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager or Senior Contracts Manager position.Strong understanding of scaffolding operations, planning and project delivery.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Proven experience managing multiple live contracts simultaneously.Strong commercial awareness and operational management experience.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.Passionate about Health & Safety and maintaining high standards.Full UK Driving Licence.DesirableCISRS Advanced Scaffolder or Scaffold Inspection qualifications.SMSTS.IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.Experience working on large commercial, industrial or infrastructure scaffolding projects.What's on Offer£70,000 £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).Car allowance.Fuel card.Full-time permanent position.Opportunity to oversee a growing regional operation.Clear pathway into a Director-level role for the right individual.Long-term career progression with a successful and expanding business.If you're an experienced Regional Operations Manager or senior scaffolding professional looking for the next step in your career, and you have the drive, leadership skills and ambition to progress into a Director-level position, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
