This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9-5:30pm.In this role, youll play an important part in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service while helping us maintain the highest standards of compliance. Youll review recorded client calls to ensure they meet our high quality standards, provide feedback where appropriate and maintain accurate records of your findings.Youll also contact existing clients to carry out short surveys, giving them the opportunity to share feedback on the advice and service theyve received.
