Location : Hybrid Home Based and Hospice Sites, South WestWorking pattern: Full time, PermanentSalary: £27,808 - £30,815 per annumAbout usChildren's Hospice South West (CHSW) provides care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. We're looking for an organised and proactive Learning, Development and Education (LD&E) Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.What you'll be doingCoordinate learning and development activities across the organisationManage training schedules, bookings and learning calendarsLiaise with internal and external training providers, venues and stakeholdersMaintain accurate learning and training records and databasesMonitor training attendance and completion ratesCollate training feedback and share outcomes with relevant stakeholdersProduce routine reports and administrative information for the LD&E teamCoordinate resources, materials and equipment needed for training eventsAct as first point of contact for learning and development enquiriesSupport the organisation and administration of learning events, workshops and meetingsEnsure all activities align with organisational policies, procedures and budget parametersYou'll work closely with the Head of Learning, Development and Education to keep learning provision well organised, compliant and responsive to the needs of the workforce.
