Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Print Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in March, Cambridgeshire.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Print Operator, Ink Technician, Printing Operative or candidate with ink, colour matching or print-based experience to join a growing and innovative manufacturing team.

\nKey Duties\n
\n

As a Print Operator, your responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Dispensing ink in line with daily production plans.

  • \n
  • \n

    Managing press returns and organising materials by colour clusters.

  • \n
  • \n

    Placing weekly material orders and booking deliveries using the internal management system.

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining accurate stock records and preparing for month-end stock counts.

  • \n
  • \n

    Replenishing materials and ensuring the ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.

  • \n
  • \n

    Supporting colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining colour measurement equipment and producing KPI reports.

  • \n

\nRequirements\n
\n

We're looking for candidates with:

    \n
  • \n

    Previous experience working with ink, colour matching or print-based machinery preferred.

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent colour vision and strong attention to detail.

  • \n
  • \n

    The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

  • \n
  • \n

    Good communication and organisational skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.

  • \n
