\n Youll be embedded within clinical teams, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals while also building strong relationships with local employers.\n
What Youll Be Doing\n

- Managing a caseload of around20 clients, providing tailored, person-centred employment support \n
- Meeting clientsface-to-face in the communityto develop career plans, CVs, and job search strategies \n
- Actively engaging withlocal employersto identify opportunities (including hidden jobs) \n
- Supporting clients withinterviews, applications, and in-work support \n
- Providing guidance aroundbenefits, disclosure, and workplace adjustments \n
- Attendingclinical meetingsand contributing to a holistic recovery approach \n
- Maintaining accurate records using IPS systems and contributing to performance targets \n
What a Typical Week Looks Like\n

- Around3 client meetings per day \n
- Minimum6 face-to-face engagements per week(clients or employers) \n
- Fridays:Team meetings, planning, and admin time (no client appointments) \n
- Regularshadowing, mentoring, and ongoing trainingprovided \n

- Resilient and adaptable comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment \n
- Astrong communicatorwho can build relationships with both clients and employers \n
- Comfortable withoutreach and employer engagement(calls, visits, networking) \n
- Ateam playerwho enjoys working collaboratively \n

Essential Requirements\n

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel reimbursed at45p per mile) \n
- Ability to travel across the Winchester area \n
- Strong organisational and admin skills \n
- Genuine interest in supporting people with mental health needs into employment \n

- Salary:£29,343 \n
- 40 days holiday (including bank holidays) \n
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile \n
