Production Planner

Murray McIntosh are seeking a Production Planner to work for a key client on an initial 6 month contract as detailed below:
Responsibilities and skills:

• Previous experience if material and production planning
\n
• Able to identify material shortages, capacity constraints/schedule risks and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
\n
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools
\n
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements across planning, inventory control and on time performance
\n
• Engineering background / qualifications are desirable
\n
• Experience of ERP in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Understanding / experience of product lifecycle
\n
• Flexible and able to add value in a business where change and continuous improvement are the norm.
\n

Working arrangements: Full time on site with the opportunity to WFH occasionally
\n Current SC clearance preferred, but BPSS is sufficient. Will need to be SC clearable.
