What Youll Be Doing\n
\n Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers across 2 homes, based in Leatherhead and Ashtead\n
\n Overseeing the day-to-day running of 2 supported living homes\n
\n Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards\n
\n Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement\n
\n Building strong relationships with families, professionals & stakeholders\n
\n Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive\n
