The plant follows a seasonal cycle-building up capacity during quieter months and running at peak performance during high-demand winter periods. There is a constant pipeline of maintenance, shutdown, and improvement work to maintain output, alongside ongoing investment in the plant's future. This results in evolving challenges for the maintenance and engineering teams as the plant scales.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and planningWorking across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systemsUsing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to plan, prioritise, and track workSupporting plant improvements and reliability initiativesEnsuring all work meets regulatory and safety requirementsSupporting reporting, scheduling, and resource planningDriving maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standardsRequirementsBackground in instrumentation or electrical at NVQ/apprenticeship levelStrong knowledge of plant maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and control & instrumentation (C&I) systemsExperience in energy, process, or industrial environmentsUnderstanding of ATEX/DSEAR and hazardous area requirementsExperience with shutdowns, maintenance planning, and CMMS systemsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHow to ApplyInterested?
