As they scale up for national go-live, they require an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead the logistics, processing, and operational delivery workstream. This is a career-defining role where you will directly impact a national sustainability initiative.The RoleYou will lead project delivery across critical logistics, collections, processing, and related operational capabilities. Your main objective is to ensure that internal teams, external suppliers, systems, and dependencies are perfectly aligned for a successful national rollout.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Planning: Develop and own integrated project plans covering national collections, processing infrastructure, and vendor onboarding.Governance & Control: Track and manage key milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risks for the logistics workstream.Process Design: Support the design and mobilisation of large-scale operating processes, ensuring strict alignment with scheme requirements.Partner Coordination: Synchronise delivery across multiple external logistics partners, each running independent systems and plans.Profile Required Track record as a Senior Project Manager leading complex logistics, supply chain, or large-scale processing delivery projects.Strong background managing multi-vendor environments, external suppliers, and complex operational dependencies.Robust commercial acumen with experience managing workstream budgets and project risks.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating between PMO, technology, and operations functions.Whats on Offer A permanent role with a purpose-driven organization delivering national infrastructure.Highly flexible hybrid working model (split between remote and Milton Keynes).Competitive salary and package tailored to experience.TPBN1_UKTJ
