Currently over 60% of the UK population does not have a Will and of those that do, a number of them are invalid or out of date.With over 30 years experience working in the Customer Services sector and over 220,000 satisfied clients, at Simpler Law we pride ourselves on strong internal values, high standards of customer service and a 5-star Trustpilot rating.Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a call handler to work in our office on Doddington Road in Lincoln on a 3-, 4-or 5-day basis.Your JobNO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARYOTE OF £35,000Simpler Law is looking for a call handler to join our team in Lincoln, typically working the hours between 9am and 5:30pm. Your role will be to ensure all calls are processed in a timely manner, conduct outbound calls to clients and respond to any inbound queries.You will be speaking with our clients to discuss their experience with us, identifying any potential needs and ensuring they always receive excellent customer service. We receive over 120 referrals a day so there is no cold calling required with this role.
