th & Safety Assistant / Coordinator (Construction) We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated Health & Safety Assistant / Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of health & safety, compliance, and administration across our construction projects and sites.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to develop a career in Health & Safety and Compliance within a fast-paced construction environment.Working Hours Monday to Friday07:30 17:00Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary depending on business and site requirements.Salary Competitive salary, dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain health & safety and compliance document control systems.Assist with health & safety administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.Carry out regular site audits and inspections, reporting findings and supporting corrective actions.Coordinate the onboarding and site inductions of new employees and subcontractors.Maintain training records, competency certificates, and compliance documentation.Support accident, incident, and near-miss reporting and investigation procedures.Liaise with site managers, operatives, subcontractors, and senior management.Assist with HR administration, including employee records and documentation.Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and other health & safety documentation.Undertake general office, compliance, and administrative duties as required.Requirements Previous administration experience is essential.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and manage multiple tasks.Full UK DrivingTPBN1_UKTJ
