If youre ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you this could be your next big move.About the roleAs our Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor, youll deliver our occupational health agenda, supporting colleagues across multiple sites through expert clinical guidance, case management and proactive wellbeing initiatives.Youll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in partnership with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide practical, people-focused solutions. Youll mainly support our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with occasional travel to other sites.Working closely with Human Resources, Health & Safety and senior leaders, youll help shape how we support our colleagues health now and in the future.Whats in it for you?We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive.
