Job Description
This full-time Paraplanner role is an on-site position based in Stoke Holy Cross and involves working in a 4-person team. The role involves closely working with the principal and combines technical support for financial planning with responsibility for day-to-day office administration. Experience in a similar position is essential.

\nCandidates should possess strong administrative and organisational skills, document handling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
\nCandidates should possess financial planning support skills, such as preparing client reports, analysing basic financial information, and supporting the creation and maintenance of financial plans.
\nCandidates should possess excellent communication and client service skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional phone and email etiquette, and a commitment to respectful, inclusive client interactions.
\nCandidates should possess good IT skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Email & Calendars) and the ability to learn financial planning systems.
\nRelevant qualifications or progress toward financial planning certifications would be beneficial, and experience in a similar financial advice or wealth management firm is essential.
\nCandidates should demonstrate reliability, discretion with confidential information, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
