Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning estate agency to recruit a Property Consultant Residential Lettings.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially minded and customer-focused property professional to join a successful lettings team. Youll play a key role across residential and student lettings, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, progressing tenancies and building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
DAY TO DAY\n- \n
- Managing residential lettings enquiries and delegated student lettings enquiries. \n
- Monitoring and managing the main inbox, registering applicants and arranging viewings. \n
- Conducting residential property viewings and proactively following up afterwards to secure offers. \n
- Managing property access, keys and viewing arrangements. \n
- Qualifying landlord enquiries and arranging valuation appointments. \n
- Keeping landlords updated on viewing feedback, market activity and offers. \n
- Presenting offers and ensuring any conditions are communicated clearly to the relevant teams. \n
- Supporting the tenancy progression process from offer acceptance through to move-in. \n
- Coordinating with Project and Property Management teams to ensure properties are ready for tenants. \n
- Arranging cleaning, inventories, photography, floorplans and other marketing requirements. \n
- Keeping property advertisements accurate and up to date across marketing portals. \n
- Supporting compliance requirements, including Right to Rent, landlord documentation and relevant lettings legislation. \n
- Ensuring properties meet the required standards for move-in, including keys, alarms and general readiness. \n
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods, including the student lettings operation. \n
\nWHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE\n

- Previous experience within residential lettings or a closely related property role. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Confidence conducting property viewings and dealing with applicants and landlords. \n
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills. \n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach. \n
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities. \n
- A professional and personable approach. \n
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking responsibility for your own workload. \n
- A full UK driving licence. \n
