\n In this Mental Health Nurse role you will be joining a brand-new, purpose-built care centre which offers care for a wide range of conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. You will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate MDT, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.\n
In this Mental Health Nurse role you will:\n

• Assess and develop person-centred care plans
\n
• Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
\n
• Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
\n
• Build good relationships with residents and their families
\n

\n
Criteria to apply:\n

\n
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
\n
• Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
\n
• Positive role model and have a focus on patient-centred care.
\n
