Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location - Covering Southwest Region (Bristol)

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As the HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Working independently as well as a team to undertake the planned and reactive maintenance services on our client's premises, ensuring compliance with specifications, PPM schedules and procedures. Complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.

• Respond to call-out requests to ensure clients' systems are not prejudiced and maintain continuity of operation. Report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
\n
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
\n
• Provide prompt and effective response to emergency situations, diagnose faults and initiate actions to prevent deterioration of environmental conditions.
\n
• Operate the contract proactively to minimise difficulties with building environmental systems.
\n
• Liaise with specialist subcontractors and engineers from other disciplines to ensure efficient operation without disruption.
\n

Skills & Experience Required:

Candidates must have either:

A) City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in pipe fitting and general plumbing in commercial systems.

OR

B) Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating and Ventilating Systems or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

AND

C) Relevant experience including:

• Preventive and reactive maintenance work
\n
• Experience with similar equipment in commercial buildings
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience
\n
• Ability to organise work and perform under pressure
\n
• Valid UK Driving Licence
\n
