Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools preferred, particularly supporting K-12 students with disabilities or behavioral challenges
  • Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Ability to train, coach, and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and create individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success across educational settings
  • Provide ongoing training, modeling, and consultation for school personnel and families to ensure consistent implementation of ABA strategies
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, and provide detailed reports and documentation as required
  • Serve as a resource for crisis management, proactive behavior supports, and effective classroom strategies
