Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligible to obtain licensure
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status welcomed
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
  • Understanding of best practices in a school-based setting
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with diverse student populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents
  • Conduct screenings, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students’ progress through data collection and ongoing evaluation
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and staff to ensure student success
