Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligible to obtain licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status welcomed
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Understanding of best practices in a school-based setting
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Experience with diverse student populations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents
- Conduct screenings, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ progress through data collection and ongoing evaluation
- Offer guidance and resources to families and staff to ensure student success
