As a valued BCBA, your expertise will support student learning and positive behavioral change across assigned campuses (exact placement and caseload will be determined prior to start). With a focus on school-based interventions, you will provide specialized guidance, develop data-driven plans, and empower educators and families.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold an active, valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Maintain a current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
- School-based experience is highly preferred
- Ability to complete required drug screening and fingerprinting as part of hiring and district onboarding
- Availability for a full-time schedule (35 hours/week, M-F, school calendar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students with varying needs
- Implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral supports in collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel on positive behavior support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district protocols
- Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes and student progress evaluations
