Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Eligible for, or holding, current state licensure
- Experience supporting students with autism and a wide range of communication challenges is highly valued
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring within a school setting
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide support and strategies to educators working with children with diverse speech and language needs
