$18-$20 Per hour | Full-Time

We are looking for an HVAC Certified Make-Ready Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, inspections, and HVAC maintenance.

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification (EPA Certification preferred)
• Apartment make-ready experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies in a timely manner
• Perform HVAC inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Paint, patch, clean, and prepare units for move-ins
• Complete punch-list items and quality inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
