Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license (Texas)
  • Experience in school or healthcare settings, specifically with elementary-aged students
  • Understanding of educational documentation and ARD processes preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable working onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students at a single elementary campus
  • Conduct student evaluations and assist with ARD meetings
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress reports
  • Support licensed SLPs in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for a caseload of 60-80 students
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and therapy teams
