Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• Valid license to practice as an SLP (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus
• Experience providing speech therapy to pediatric and school-aged populations
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred, but strong new graduates and CFYs considered
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
