Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Master’s or specialist-level degree in school psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans
• Strong knowledge of educational laws, IEP processes, and best practices for students with diverse needs
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in consultation with educators and parents
• Provide counseling and consultation services to students, families, and staff
• Serve as an active participant in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies
• Support school-wide initiatives promoting positive behavior, healthy social skills, and academic success
• Maintain detailed, confidential student records and collaborate with external mental health resources as needed
