Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Valid, active state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology services in school settings
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school or healthcare environments
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in professional development activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
