Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Greenfield, MA

Step into a contract opportunity supporting K-12 students with speech-language needs throughout the school year, beginning September 2026 and concluding June 2027. This role offers a fulfilling experience for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference in an educational setting. With a focus on comprehensive care for students, you’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to deliver high-quality, individualized speech and language services.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP MA license or certificate required
• Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy for K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare necessary reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals
• Employ evidence-based practices and monitor interventions for effectiveness
