Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility in Nevada
• Experience in a school environment preferred, though strong pediatric background also valued
• Strong understanding of IEP process, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Ability to assess, plan, and provide therapy through both individualized and small group sessions
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with educators, families, and support staff
• Skill in adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student abilities, plan interventions, and track progress
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide training or consultation to staff and caregivers as needed
• Support students in developing functional skills for classroom activities, self-care, and participation
• Use creative problem-solving to encourage student growth and achievement
