This full-time position is designed for skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students. With a start date of August 3, 2026, and wrapping up on May 27, 2027, you'll have the chance to apply your expertise throughout the academic year across assigned campuses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active, valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Current Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- School-based experience is highly preferred
- Flexibility to serve across multiple campuses as needed
- Ability to work full time—35 hours per week, Monday through Friday in accordance with the school calendar
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including drug screening and fingerprinting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to design and deliver effective behavioral programs
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to a diverse population (age group and number of schools/caseload will be determined)
- Collect, analyze, and present behavioral data to guide programming and measure student progress
- Train and support school personnel on the implementation of behavior support strategies
