Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in a school, pediatric, or clinical environment working with children and adolescents on behavior plans
• In-depth understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques and best practices
• Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and parents
• Ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide coaching, training, and support regarding behavior strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to ensure program effectiveness and progress
• Participate in IEP and other student support meetings as required
• Stay current with best practices and regulations in behavior analysis and special education
