Job Description

In a collaborative, supportive school environment located near Monticello, MN, you’ll work full time (37.5 hours per week) during the academic year, beginning August 24 and extending through June 2, 2027.
You'll oversee a caseload of 40-50 students, primarily at the elementary level with some secondary students, providing vital speech-language services. Your contribution will support students in reaching key educational milestones while developing your clinical skills alongside a team of dedicated professionals.
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (please provide a screenshot or copy with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for onsite, in-person work (virtual work may be considered only if onsite candidates are unavailable)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Monitor, assess, and document student performance and progress
