Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Washington, Pennsylvania

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This per diem opportunity in Washington, Pennsylvania offers a Staff Pharmacist role providing retail pharmacist coverage. Beginning August 7th, the position supports 1st shift hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with hands-on use of Pioneer software.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications safely and efficiently under manager supervision
• Counseling patients on medication regimens and usage
• Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following company policy
• Maintaining accurate stock and controlled substance inventories
• Assisting with resolving patient issues and clarifying third-party insurance coverage

Qualifications:

• Active, clear pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems preferred

Schedule & Hours:

• 1st shift: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Per diem availability
