Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and direct speech-language therapy to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input to teachers and families
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and compliance with educational and legal guidelines
• Provide direct support and coaching to teachers for supporting students’ communication needs in the classroom
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language development
