Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Experience in psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and counseling
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on eligibility and service recommendations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to address and resolve student challenges
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a safe, inclusive school climate
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
