Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license (Illinois required)
- Experience with ECAT evaluations
- Skill in assessment, consultation, and supporting IEP processes
- Familiarity with student populations from Early Childhood through 8th grade
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptability to serve in multiple schools within a week
Responsibilities:
- Complete ECAT evaluations and actively attend related meetings in Vernon Hills
- Provide comprehensive school psychologist services in Lake Villa, including assessments and crisis intervention
- Support social, emotional, and behavioral development across EC through 8th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
