School Psychologist - Warren, MI

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing psychological services and support throughout the 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity is available to two dedicated professionals who will collaborate with educators and families to assess student needs, implement interventions, and foster positive mental health within the school community. While assessment and testing remain important responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to engage with broader duties that support student development and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Michigan School Psychologist Certification required (candidates willing to obtain MI licensure promptly upon offer are encouraged to apply)
• Experience within a school setting is preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and the development of intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-building environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create effective intervention plans
• Support identification and implementation of strategies promoting student mental health across assigned buildings
• Offer crisis intervention and help establish preventative mental health programs
• Assist with other responsibilities within the school buildings beyond testing, to promote student engagement and growth
• Work on site, serving 1–2 buildings within a supportive team of school psychologists
