Qualifications:

• Current Indiana SLP license required (IN SLP)
• SLP-CCC, Pediatric SLP, or SLP-CFY considered
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical skills will also be considered
• Adept in evaluation, developing treatment plans, and progress monitoring for pediatric populations
• Collaborative communication style and ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to 5th grade and elementary students, adapting techniques to meet individual needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress according to school protocols
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Support a diverse caseload, facilitating classroom integration and student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
